Viridian Nutrition Balanced Zinc Complex 15mg – 30 Veg Capsules combines zinc picolinate with copper citrate and natural beta carotene.
Each capsule provides:
• Zinc as zinc picolinate: 15mg
• Copper as copper citrate: 1mg
• Natural beta carotene from Dunaliella salina algae: 900µg
• Alfalfa, spirulina and bilberry base
Zinc contributes to normal immune function, normal cognitive function and the maintenance of normal bones, vision, hair, skin and nails. It also contributes to normal fertility and reproduction and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Directions: Adults and young people aged 14 years and over should take one capsule daily with food. Not suitable for children under 14. Do not exceed the stated dose. The manufacturer advises that it should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
