Each two-capsule serving provides:
• Magnesium as bisglycinate – 200mg
• 53% Nutrient Reference Value (NRV)
• Plant cellulose capsules
According to the current Viridian formula, two capsules contain 1668mg of magnesium bisglycinate in total, providing 200mg elemental magnesium.
Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, electrolyte balance, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal muscle function and normal psychological function. It also contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
Directions for adults: Take one to two capsules daily with food.
Directions for children aged 4–12 years: Take one capsule daily with food. Young people aged 13–16 years may take one to two capsules daily with food. Not suitable for children under 4 years.
