Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, electrolyte balance, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal muscle function and normal psychological function. It also contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
Directions for adults: Take one to two capsules daily with food.
Directions for children and young people aged 6–16 years: Take one capsule daily with food. Not suitable for children under 6 years.
