Each capsule provides:
• Vitamin C as ascorbic acid – 495mg
• Citrus bioflavonoids – 27.5mg
• Fatty-acid blend – 27.5mg
• Base of alfalfa, spirulina and bilberry
• Plant cellulose capsule
Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and normal energy-yielding metabolism. It contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to normal psychological function.
Vitamin C also contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, bones, cartilage, gums and teeth.
Directions: Adults should take one to three capsules daily with food. Young people aged 14–16 years should take one capsule daily with food. Not suitable for children under 14 years.
