KIKI Health Activated Charcoal Capsules is a food supplement supplied as 50 vegetable capsules. Each capsule provides 300mg food-grade activated charcoal made from highly purified coconut shells. Activated charcoal contributes to reducing excessive flatulence after eating when 1g is taken at least 30 minutes before the meal and 1g shortly after the meal.

Each capsule provides:
• Activated charcoal – 300mg
• Vegetable cellulose capsule
KIKI Health states that the charcoal is produced from coconut shells and finely milled to approximately 5–10 microns.
Activated charcoal contributes to reducing excessive flatulence after eating. The beneficial effect is obtained with 1g taken at least 30 minutes before the meal and 1g shortly after the meal. Based on the current KIKI Health capsule strength, the manufacturer advises taking 4 capsules before and 4 capsules shortly after the meal to obtain this effect.
General directions for adults and children over 12 years: Take two to four capsules after meals, three times daily with water.
Important: Activated charcoal can reduce the absorption of substances taken by mouth. KIKI Health advises taking activated charcoal at least one hour after oral medicines or food supplements.

Do not exceed the stated dose. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not required.
