Viridian Nutrition Fenugreek Extract is a botanical food supplement supplied as 30 vegetable capsules. Each capsule provides 600mg fenugreek seed extract, standardised to 50% saponins and equivalent to 4800mg whole herb, together with 5mg zinc. Zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction and to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood.
Viridian Nutrition Fenugreek Extract – 30 Veg Capsules combines a concentrated fenugreek seed extract with zinc in a plant cellulose capsule.
Each capsule provides:
• Fenugreek seed extract – 600mg
• Equivalent whole herb – 4800mg
• Standardised to 50% saponins
• Providing saponins – 300mg
• Zinc as zinc citrate – 5mg
• Plant cellulose capsule
Fenugreek is obtained from the seed of Trigonella foenum-graecum and the extract is standardised to provide a consistent level of saponins.
Zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction, normal immune system function and the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood. Zinc also contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Directions: As a food supplement, take one to two capsules daily with food.
