Each capsule provides:

• Adenosylcobalamin – 500µg
• Methylcobalamin – 500µg
• Base of alfalfa, spirulina and bilberry
• Plant cellulose capsule
Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal red blood cell formation, normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function. It also contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Directions for adults: Take one capsule daily with food.
Young people aged 16 years and over may take one capsule daily with food. Not suitable for children under 16 years.
