Each serving provides:

• Bifidobacterium bifidum LMG 25628
• Bifidobacterium breve LMG 13208
• Bifidobacterium longum LMG 13197
• Prebiotic FS2-60 – full-spectrum fructo-oligosaccharide and plant-derived inulin
The powder is suitable for mixing with water or cold food and drink. Viridian states that this vegan formulation does not require refrigeration.
Directions for adults: Take half a teaspoon daily in water.
Directions for children aged 8–16 years: Take half a teaspoon daily in water. Not suitable for children under 8 years.
