Viridian Nutrition Vitamin C 500mg with Zinc – 30 Veg Capsules is a buffered tri-ascorbate vitamin C formula combining vitamin C with zinc, magnesium, calcium and citrus bioflavonoids.
Each capsule provides:
• Vitamin C – 500mg
• Magnesium (as ascorbate) – 17mg
• Calcium (as ascorbate) – 28mg
• Zinc (as ascorbate) – 5mg
• Citrus bioflavonoids – 50mg, providing 85% hesperidin
• Base of alfalfa
• Plant cellulose capsule
Vitamin C contributes to normal immune system function, normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. It contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, bones, cartilage, gums and teeth.
Zinc contributes to normal immune system function, normal cognitive function and to the maintenance of normal hair, skin and nails.
Directions for adults: Take one to three capsules daily with food.
Directions for young people aged 12–16 years: Take one capsule daily with food. Not suitable for children under 12 years.
