Viridian Nutrition Vitamin D3 & K2 is a vitamin D and K food supplement supplied as 90 vegetable capsules. Each capsule provides 25µg (1000iu) vitamin D3 from lichen and 45µg vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7. Vitamin D contributes to normal immune and muscle function and to the maintenance of normal bones, while vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting.
Viridian Nutrition Vitamin D3 & K2 – 90 Veg Capsules combines vegan vitamin D3 with vitamin K2 in a convenient capsule formula.
Each capsule provides:
• Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) – 25µg / 1000iu
• Vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7) – 45µg
• Base of alfalfa
• Plant cellulose capsule
Viridian states that the vitamin D3 is plant sourced from lichen and that the vitamin K2 is naturally derived from fermented natto cultures.
Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. It also contributes to normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus.
Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and to the maintenance of normal bones.
Directions for adults: Take one to two capsules daily with food.
Young people aged 14 years and over may take one to two capsules daily. Not suitable for children under 14 years.
