Viridian states that the vitamin E is naturally sourced. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Directions for adults: Take one to three capsules daily with food.
Young people aged 14 years and over should take one capsule daily. Not suitable for children under 14 years.
