Adults should take one capsule one to three times daily, 30 minutes before food.
Viridian Nutrition High Potency Digestive Aid – 30 Veg Capsules is a multi-ingredient food supplement combining digestive enzymes with betaine hydrochloride, ginger and peppermint.
Each capsule provides:
• Betaine hydrochloride – 100mg
• Organic ginger root powder – 75mg
• Peppermint leaf powder – 75mg
• Amylase – 80mg
• Lipase (35,000 FIP/g) – 16mg
• Protease – 15mg
• Amyloglucosidase – 10mg
The formula is supplied in a vegetable capsule. The manufacturer advises swallowing the capsule whole rather than opening it.
Directions for adults: Take one capsule one to three times daily, 30 minutes before food.
Directions for young people aged 12–16 years: Take one capsule daily before the main meal. Not suitable for children under 12 years.
