Each capsule provides 200mg vitamin B5 and 188mg vitamin C, together with vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, biotin and folic acid. Vitamin B5 contributes to normal mental performance and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Each capsule provides:

Vitamin B5 contributes to normal mental performance and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C contributes to normal immune system function and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, while several B vitamins contribute to normal functioning of the nervous system.
Directions: Adults should take one capsule daily with food. Young people aged 14–16 years should take one capsule daily with food. Not suitable for children under 14 years.
