KIKI Health Organic Black Seed Oil – 125ml is a pure, virgin and unrefined oil made from organically grown black cumin seeds (Nigella sativa). The seeds are sourced from Turkey and first cold-pressed without heat or chemical solvents.

The current oil contains 1.3–2% naturally occurring thymoquinone. Each 5ml serving also provides 2,750mg of linoleic acid (omega-6) and 1,000mg of oleic acid (omega-9). The 125ml bottle provides approximately 25 servings.

Adult intake: Take one teaspoon (5ml) on its own or mix it with water or another drink. It may also be added to smoothies, dips or salad dressings. This cold-pressed oil should not be heated.
