Each capsule provides:
• Potassium (as citrate) – 99mg
• Magnesium (as citrate) – 50mg
• Base of alfalfa, spirulina and bilberry
• Plant cellulose capsule
Potassium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood pressure, normal functioning of the nervous system and normal muscle function.
Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, normal functioning of the nervous system, electrolyte balance and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Magnesium also contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
Directions for adults and young people aged 16 years and over: Take one to three capsules daily with food. Not suitable for children under 16 years.
